"Email Scheduler" feature
1) Select the type of report you want to schedule (green box), and then click the arrow on the right side (in red).
2) A popup window will appear:
Schedule Delivery: here you will be able to configure all the parameters for your scheduled reports: Email, Frequency, Format and Timeframe (green box).
Search Bar: which allows filtering by mail, format, and time frame (in red).
Summary: Also, the tool will look for previous reports that were scheduled within the dashboard, in this case “Enterprise Analytics” (purple box).
3) SET UP YOUR REPORTS. Select Email Addresses: you can select the recipient(s) from the client’s email list.
Or you can Enter Email Address manually: you can type email addresses from third parties, then press the “Enter” key to add them.
4) Select Frequency: after entering the emails, you must select the frequency of the reports, there are four options:
Once on: choose the date you want the report to be delivered.
Daily: the report will deliver daily at 5 PM (Central Time)
Weekly on: choose the day of the week you want the report delivered.
Monthly on: select the day (from 1 to 31) in which you want the report delivered.
5) Select Format: then you must select the format of the report, you can choose between three types: PDF, CSV and XLSX.
6) Time frame: here you can choose between: “Rolling 30 days”, “Current Month”, “Monthly”, “Past Month”, “Past 3 Months”, “Past 6 Months”, “Past 12 Months” and “Year to Date”. After all options are correctly configured, click Add.
7) Your configuration will be displayed in the Summary section below. Don’t forget to click Save, otherwise the current configuration will not be stored in the platform.
8) In addition, you can edit or delete the previous configurations by clicking on the buttons on the right side of the Summary section: click the pencil to edit, click the trash can to delete.
9) Finally, please make sure that no-reply@vistadash.com is set up in your email as a non-spam address. If you do not see your reports coming into your email inbox, please check spam and check the email as “not spam”, so that they will be delivered into your inbox without complications.
