Purpose of Leads Mapping in Vistadash
CRM reports have a very granular, non-standardized source segmentation
The main purpose of leads mapping is to reduce complexity and consolidate sources. This provides better visualization across Vistadash widgets, which helps users analyze trends easier and quicker.
Additionally, correct lead mapping will ensure that data is shown accurately for Third-Party vendors under the Third Party Analysis tab and the Enterprise Third Party dashboard.
How are leads mapped in Vistadash?
Edit mapping screen can be accessed through the “My Story” tab or the “Reports / CRM Overview” tab.

- Third-Party vendors (e.g. Cars.com)
