Now Aligned with Vistadash’s Standard Call-Tracking Format
We’ve completed a full redesign of the CallRevu report in Vistadash to align with the standard format used across our other call-tracking providers. This update improves consistency, usability, and data clarity—while preserving all essential CallRevu insights.
Key updates include:
- Renamed the Calls tab to Inbound Calls
- Added an Outbound Calls tab (where supported)
- Enhanced the metric bar with Unique Calls, Connected Calls, and Minutes
- Replaced the Calls by Day graph with Calls by Weekday and Calls by Hour visualizations
- Expanded the data table and enabled department-level breakdowns (if available)
- Added detailed hover insights to the Call Summary Trends graph
- Ensured the Client Command tab remains as the third tab
These changes are now live and designed to give you a more streamlined, insightful reporting experience.
