Now View Emails, Calls, Chats, and Texts Separately in Executive Summary and CRM Overview
We’ve released an update to the Lead Activity Widget within the Vistadash Executive Summary and CRM Overview reports. Previously, this widget showed only the total volume of lead activity. With this enhancement, activity is now broken down by communication type—Emails, Calls, Chats, and Texts (when available)—giving you clearer insight into how your team is engaging with leads.
To explore the updated widget:
- Log in to Vistadash
- Locate it in the upper left-hand corner of the Executive Summary
- Or navigate to the CRM Overview Report under the Reports tab
